Privacy Policy

MrFBA Marketplace operates the marketplace at marketplace.mrfba.ca. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@mrfba.ca.

• • Account data — name, email, phone, business details and billing address you provide at registration.
• • Usage data — pages viewed, leads viewed, wishlists, carts and orders, to operate the Service.
• • Payment data — handled by Stripe and Interac. We never see or store your full card number.
• • Communication data — messages you send us and emails we send you (opens/clicks are not individually tracked).

We use your data to operate the marketplace (accounts, orders, checkout), improve the Service, prevent fraud, and send the transactional and marketing emails you expect (order updates, wishlist alerts, promotional offers). Marketing emails can be turned off at any time from your account preferences.

• • Service providers — Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Keepa (market data), DeepSeek (AI analysis). Each processes data only to provide its service.
• • Fulfillment partners — the prep center you choose receives the shipping details needed for your order.
• • Legal requests — when required by law or to protect our rights.

We never sell your personal information.

Data is stored with providers in Canada and the United States (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Brevo). Where data crosses borders, we rely on the providers' safeguards, including contractual commitments to applicable privacy standards.

Under applicable privacy laws (including Québec's Law 25), you can:

• • access and receive a copy of your personal information;
• • correct inaccurate information;
• • withdraw consent for non-essential uses (e.g. marketing emails);
• • request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.

To exercise any of these, email support@mrfba.ca. We respond within 30 days.

We keep account data while your account is active. After deletion, we retain transactional records (orders, invoices) for the period required by tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymize them.

The Service uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and storage of preferences (e.g. dark mode). We do not use advertising trackers.

The Service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
