Terms of Service

MrFBA Marketplace publishes validated wholesale product opportunities ("leads") for Amazon FBA sellers. We are not an investment advisor and we do not guarantee any return, margin, or sell-through. All metrics shown (ROI, margins, ranks) are estimates based on data available at publication time and may change.

Buying inventory through the Service is done at your own risk. You are responsible for your own due diligence and business decisions.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Sharing accounts or reselling access is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to access data they are not entitled to.

Bronze is free. Silver (CA$64.99/month) and Gold (CA$99.99/month) are billed monthly by card through Stripe, in Canadian dollars. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except as required by law.

Adding items to your cart reserves inventory for 30 minutes. If the reservation expires before checkout, the stock is released back to the marketplace and the lead may sell to another member.

Payment is accepted by card (Stripe), Interac e-Transfer, or store credit. Orders are transmitted to the distributor after payment and are then binding; fulfilment progress is visible in your order page.

Before paying, you may generate the same commercial invoice a paid buyer receives, so you can submit it to Amazon for brand ungating. Fulfillment begins only after payment is confirmed.

Prep and fulfillment are performed by third parties (such as PrepKingz). Their services are subject to their own terms; MrFBA Marketplace facilitates the hand-off but is not responsible for their performance beyond what is described at the time of order. Where PrepKingz fees appear in estimates on the Service, they are based on the Elite rate (not Premium). Confirm the final price with PrepKingz according to your account.

You are solely responsible for verifying whether you are approved to sell a brand or ASIN on Amazon (ungated vs approval required) before and after purchasing inventory. MrFBA Marketplace supplies commercial invoices suitable for invoice-based ungating requests but does not guarantee Amazon approval for any brand.

At checkout you must confirm that you have read and accepted these ungating conditions. You may download your invoice before payment for that purpose.

If you cannot list a product because you are gated (or for a comparable eligibility reason), returns and exchanges are not free. They are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise value. Silver and Gold members are charged 10% for returns, exchanges and refunds instead of 20%. Store credit issued at MrFBA Marketplace's discretion for supplier stock-outs remains as described in section 6.

Under no circumstances does MrFBA Marketplace refund a purchase because an Amazon listing drops, fails Amazon compliance, is suppressed, restricted, or taken down. Those outcomes are Amazon's decisions and your seller-account risk. They are not MrFBA Marketplace's fault, and MrFBA Marketplace cannot be held responsible for them. Listing health, ASIN compliance, brand complaints, IP claims, and account enforcement remain solely between you and Amazon.

Paid orders can be refunded as store credit at MrFBA Marketplace's discretion when inventory cannot be delivered as described (for example, a supplier stock-out). Refunds are issued as store credit with a credit note reflecting the original taxes. Amazon listing outcomes described in section 5 are not grounds for a refund.

Store credit has no expiry and no fees, and can be used on any future purchase. It cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• • scrape, copy, redistribute or resell lead data outside the Service;
• • share supplier or identity data of leads with non-members;
• • attempt to circumvent access controls, tiers or payments;
• • use the Service for unlawful purposes.

All content, branding, software and lead data on the Service belong to MrFBA Marketplace or its licensors. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service — not to reproduce or resell its content.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrFBA Marketplace disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or inventory outcomes — including Amazon gating, listing suppression, compliance failures, or take-downs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
